Stayed there for a week over the summer, would definitely come back, excellent value for money. The room was spacious and bright, clean and had all the necessary equipment (kitchenware, hair dryer, soap etc.). There are cupboards with irons, cleaning products, etc; and a room in the basement with washing machines and dryers, so it is very convenient. My room was on a high floor and on the side of the building - with the window closed it was quiet, but people getting a room overlooking the main street or close to the train station might have a different experience. The area is safe; there are many supermarkets close by. The other clients of the hotel were respectful and quiet. One regret - it is not possible to sleep with the window open, so they should install an A/C.

The apartment was perfect in all ways for us. The only complaint I have is that the cleaning lady woke us up a couple of hours before we have do be out of our place. I find this very inconsiderate! We wanted to get as much rest as possible before our travel day and it makes no sense, nor have I experienced it anywhere else, to be disturbed before the check out time, especially since there was no do-not-disturb-sign for the door provided.

We enjoyed our stay in your apartment. For the future, when they want to clean the room, it is not polite to enter the room without asking. I would recommend purchasing signs on the door saying “do not disturb” or “need housekeeping”.

Update: an apology is one thing, but how would that compensate for the flusteration and restless night we had? you already refused to provide any sort of compensation for your mistake. -------------------- first night and i already made up my mind, what a horrible service they have, we reserved a double bed, and after a long exhausting day we do the self check in to find there is only one pillow and one single cover, and even the heating is not working!! and when we call the so called customer service she tells us to go sleep in a hotel tonight (that she even doesn't confirm that it will be paid back) as she cannot help us until tomorrow!!

Good location, around 30 min to center by S-bahn and 15 min to Warschauer Str .My worst experience so far in Europe as they charged me for a period that i have not stayed using my Visa info without my confirmation in addition to staying there for 18 days and neglecting my request for fixing the room light.The first person i met at the front desk was helpful and respectful however the other one was really rude and unfriendly. When i asked them for a refund they barely answered my questions (waited days for each response) hoping that i will forget about it.When i asked them to contact the Manager they neglected my emails and till the day I haven't received any response.
