We were treated poorly by staff and given incorrect information which had a negative impact on our stay. There were what appeared to be squatters in one of the rooms and it made the building feel insecure. we tried to get a hold of the "24 hour" reception to address some issues and they would not answer. Overall a very poor experience and no effort was made to address any of the issues. We ended up leaving early and booking a better place.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was like a small apartment. The self check-in was great! The major difficulty I had was being able to make a payment on the app as my internet service was not great. We had to go to a location 10 minutes away from our room to pay. They were quick to respond though which was helpful!

Customer service is non-existent. False advertising - pictures on listing are not accurate and advertised amenities are not correct. Lack of security and deferred building maintenance make the facility dangerous for families with homeless people and drunks hanging out in the stairwells and roaming the hallways in the night. Rooms smell bad, AC doesn't work, very little hot water, common area is very dirty. Stay here at your own risk.

This is a lovely 1-bedroom apartment, located on the edge of the beating heart of Chueca. The apartment was spotless, the bed very comfortable, the communication & access so easy, and it was mostly quiet so I got lots of sleep. Being in Chueca in the lead up to Gay Pride was awesome! Lots of people around, everyone relaxed & ready to celebrate. This apartment was definite value for money. I would absolutely stay here again.
