1. Very bad hospitality. 2. They give us a room with the hole in the wall (picture number 1 and 2) 3. The manager and staff doesn’t even apology regarding this matter 4. There’s no more room and they try to give us a room that allowed for smoking which is unacceptable for us due to we are a family with baby one year old 5. We ordered the room long ago a month before, but they did not prepared the best room for us 6. They didn’t give us any compensation, cut pric and didn’t feel guilty 7. The room also only cleaned every 3 days not everyday 8 The bed also not clean and dusty 9. It is unmaintained old hotel 10. We also slept in other budget hotel but nothing more worst than this Smile Hotel Asakusa

As expected for a Smile Hotel, the room is comfortable, if a bit old and small. No other real complains from me other than it's a tad too far on foot from Asakusa Station.

Nice place for its price. Located near Tokyo Sky Tree and around 800 meters from Asakusa Station. It gives me the vibe of an old hotel but still convinient. There is an option for either smoking room or the non-smoking one.
