First time in Santorini, hotel didn't disappoint. Lovely welcome, cases taken to our room. Very comfy, nice double bed and so clean. Staff so friendly, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful pool, lots of sunbeds and great food in the restaurant. We are here a few nights, kept returning as food so good. Great choice of drinks too. We will definitely come back, and would definitely recommend too. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so lovely.

I went to stay here with my best friend this August. The location was close to the airport which was convenient and it is not to far away from Kamari which has a nice beach and a lot of restaurants and is very active especially at night. The room was very nice we had a shared pool which we made the most use of and was close to the breakfast hall which was very convenient, the only downside is that we didn’t have full length mirror as seen in the pictures online. The staff in the hotel overall where really nice, friendly and accommodating. All the interactions where good ones for example. Maria helped us book a busy restaurant and gave us information about cab services, Karina was super helpful and genuinely really friendly and nice. It was nice to see her smiling on the reception desk, Christina and Kelly where also helpful. There was also a man on reception I want to say his name was Eric who was also very polite.Those are just a few names I remember but the breakfast staff and evening staff were also very welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience and the staff really sold the hotel for me. Would definitely recommend!!!

My family had a very nice stay and would highly recommend this resort! The staff were very kind and helpful. In particular, Kelly, one of the managers really went above and beyond to make sure a reservation issue was resolved and helped us with booking transport and also a catamaran cruise. The rooms were very clean and had many amenities including hair dryer. The free breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of foods. The on site restaurant also had nice options. The pool area had several pools and many chairs. The location was also convenient and was near to the airport and within walking distance to two convenience stores. We had a nice time and would recommend this location!

Front desk reception was less than desirable. Provided incorrect information regarding 24 hour mini market nearby. Hotel location is close to airport with nothing admirable in walking distance. Rooms have minimal design. Split twin beds is a queen. No complementary items provided in mini fridge. In-room safe did not work. Only one shower head was functional. Room phone would not dial out to reception. We requested late check out five different times over a 24-hour period per the hotels directions and we were continuously told to come back to confirm if late check out was available. We did finally get confirmation for a late check out for 4pm at 2pm the day of. The bartender was great. His bar manager seemed to micromanage his every move. Hotel guests are a mixed crowd. Overall, I was not impressed and would definitely explore other options if I were to return to Santorini.

Unbelievable place to stay!!! In all the hotels I’ve stayed in this has been the most pleasant and enjoyable. Never been more gutted to leave a hotel. The staff were the most accommodating and friendliest of staff I have ever seen and I live in Dubai and it’s quite hard to too that.They catered for all our needs and was never a delay when we asked them for something. Always smiling and being polite, we really did have a memorable stay. The pool was perfect, the rooms was perfect and the location was perfect. Just right for anyone that doesn’t want to be too far or too close to the main towns. This hotel deserves a lot more credit and should be up there with one of the best hotels in Santorini. Once again, as they were that good I must mention it was the staff that made our hoilday even better. Thank you so much and we will be there next year for sure. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
