I stayed here at the beginning of my trip, and right before going back home. I must admit that it was the best experience in Bangkok. They have a convenient parking space, they offer the highest level of care and attention. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have a nice smell (which may become a serious problem in other hotels). Room service menu is extensive and dishes are incredibly tasty. Thank you for everything you do, and I can't wait to stay with you again! Additionally, I wanted to thank a receptionist, who checked me in on December 14. I had a terrible experience in another hotel, and he was so welcoming that it really made my day. Unfortunately, I didn't ask his name.

This is Sofitels top hotel in Thailand and it’s very hard to find any flaws here. The room designs are top notch and the beds are fantastic. Room gets 4 stars for a broken reading light and some old ‘hard to work’ light switches. The staff are all fantastic and the food here is amazing. The views park/city are both awesome and the location is close to lumping park/station

Mr. Nick Daniel, Guest Experience Manager, was kind, generous, and really helpful during our 10-night stay (2 periods). He helped us with all of our requests as much as he could. The hotel is really nice and well maintained. Most staff members have a very kind manner, except for the doormen on the afternoon shift on the 10th and 11th of January. My partner found them to be rude and disrespectful towards our gay interracial couple (Asian and Western), but we don't want to go into detail about that. The rooms we had were 2504 and 2503 on the 25th floor, with a nice park view (once again, thank you Mr. Nick for arranging that). The housekeeping and operations staff are super nice and very prompt in responding to all in-house requests. The spa is really nice and the therapists are highly skilled. We highly recommend it. Just a reminder that the swimming pool is nice, but there is no indirect sunlight at the poolside, so you have to walk to the solarium area instead. That's one thing we noticed as a downside for us. The Red Oven dinner buffet was average for us, and the hostess on the night of 9/1/24 kept playing with her phone at the restaurant reception area. We found that to be lacking professionalism. But overall, we highly recommend this hotel and we think we will go back to stay there again 😊 Thank you to Mr. Nick Daniel and most of his team once again 🙏😊
