I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. The room was shockingly dirty,It seemed like cleanliness was not a priority. Additionally, it felt like the management cared more about squeezing every penny out of guests than providing a comfortable and hygienic stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay.

Worst management ever. Horrible customer treatment. They only care about money and they love charging for hidden fees. The rooms are ok. Clean.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The 2nd night, I charged my phone (Samsung) with its fast charger. The next morning, I put the charger on the table and left the room (around 7AM). When I came back in the evening (around 10PM), the room had been tidied up (as usual), but I noticed that the adapter of my charger had disappeared and only the cable was there on the table (with other things). I immediately made a reclamation to the receptionists for it and he took note, apologizing and promising to check with his superiors. After two days, with several meetings and questions asked on my diary and even visits and checks in the room, nothing was detected. They offered to replace it with another one, older and different from my original adapter. I refused because it's not just an electronic item that's important to me. I left with the cable 'orphaned' from its adapter, but also with a bad memory of the behavior of all the hotel staff, from the cleaner to the receptionists and caretakers, up to their managers.
