Service was excellent from the moment I arrived. This was a short trip for me to have a break from the responsibilities of home and work, and it was nice to know I was taken care of. The room was comfortable and the food and wine prices reasonable. I was able to walk where I needed (with some pauses to recover from the hills lol) or uber. I didn't feel unsafe even when walking back from dinner late at night. Overall, an excellent stay.

The hotel is incredible. Rooms are very large and modern . The service was exceptional. The hotel is located right next to a metro station and has some great retail shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience from the moment we arrived at Sofitel Lisbon. The staff were very welcoming and engaging which continued the entire stay, it always felt like a personal experience. 10/10 - we would love to return one day

Very satisfied with our stay during August. The hotel is centrally located and convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though we would recommend the Luxury room over the Superior room in terms of space. We definitely would love to highlight how helpful, lovely, and knowledgeable Victoria is at the front desk. She made our stay better - thank you to Victoria! We would also recommend the breakfast at the hotel. The food is great, although the service could be more attentive. Overall, we would recommend the hotel and would stay here in the future.

Great central location, walking distance to all attractions. The lobby has a refreshed and inviting look, the the staff being very helpful and friendly. I had the opportunity to book a junior suite with expectations of modern spacious decor. Boy was I disappointed! The rooms are awful. Chairs broken, nothing comfortable to sit on . We had two cases. And they took up the space f the Lou the room. The bathroom was very small. For the price you pay these hotels need to get their act together. It’s all to late once you book and pay. Do your research when paying for hotels at a high price.
