The thing you will remember the most is helpfulness of the staff. All of our requests replied at once. Rooms are widen and bathroom is perfect. Room stuffs are quite old. Room designs are warm. Location is close to S.M.Novella train station. But you need to take a bus or long walk to Firenze center. There are supermarkets close to hotels.

A lovely place! The host was very welcoming with good English, The rooms are unique and have thought put into them. Location is about 8 minute walk from nearest public transport to the city and about 25 minute walk from the city center. We recommend ❤️

Very helpful and friendly host, Tatiana. She explained to us how yo get around the city and was always available on whatsapp. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the bathroom spacious. The bed was comfy, the heating worked well (we visited in February), and the location not too far from the center of the city. We did everything by walking

The location was great and the host was really nice!! But the mosquitos in the room were so bad. It was probably the worst sleeps I've had in my life. The host gave us 2 mosquito repelling devices after we brought it up. One worked and the other wasn't effective. I ended up getting about 8 bites on my face the first night and multiple times on my body. My face was swollen and I got an allergic reaction from the mosquitos. I love the host but sadly I can't reccomend because the mosquitos EDIT: The host is actually really rude in the response so reducing it to 1 star
