The staffs from the reception, security guard, and the room services are very friendly and helpful, great services. The facilities in the room are a bit dated. If you are driving from other side of the road to the hotel, you will need to go more than one kilometre for a U turn towards the hotel.

We staid at Soluxe for 5 night for Canton fair. Service for canton fair was great. Breakfast was beyond our expectation. Room was generally clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance, tub hand shower was broken and you could see mould around shower door. Also fair price and good value. Subway construction noise was so load.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I was in Guangzhou to complete my doctoral program at one of the local TCM hospitals. Let's just say Guangzhou is a place you go when you have to, not to be a tourist. Or at least that is my case. This hotel was my "Oasis" from the chaos, smog, and food that I could not tolerate. The rooms are incredible. The best part was the gym! I am a triathlete and loved all the fitness equipment available, the yoga room, and the pool. The staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend doing the breakfast and dinner buffet. Absolutely amazing. The dinner buffet was one of the best spreads I have seen. I stayed here twice in the three weeks I was in Guangzhou. I cannot speak highly enough about this incredible hotel. Book it!

This place is amazing...great location. Excellent staff. Wide selection of restaurants but the rooms are so big and spacious. His staff is world class top notch. I have stayed here on my last 5 trips to china GZ and will continue into the future. The Observatory is perfect to grab a drink and watch the sunset. The Croft is excellent for curry or burgers and beer. The CCC has an amazing breakfast every morning. The rooms are perfect
