We were greeted by very pleasant ladies at front desk. King bed very comfy! Quiet fir sleeping. Delicious beakat just downstairs. Love being able to walk to places in downtown. Only issue...hard to find parking. So many reserved spaces.

They went above and beyond to help us get into there. We were in an oversized truck and would have had to cancel our reservation if they wouldn't have been able to help us out. They did amazing from the valet drivers to the front desk staff. Everything went off without a hitch and the room was beautiful gorgeous views. Give this staff 5 stars for sure.

Lobby and restaurant are really nice. Clearly recently upgraded. Hotel room was fine/average. We went to the pool and hot tub during our stay and while it has a nice sauna and steam room (and a nice view!), we found the pool area to be kinda dirty/dingy. Needs an upgrade or at minimum deep clean. Definitely bring shower flips if you go. The tile floor has a slippy film to it (tile grout is black!) and the steam room doors has finger prints all over it and a visible film.

Central downtown location is convenient. Great guest service. The room was clean and comfortable. Great view and added extra of the fireplace outside. Restaurant was wonderful: fantastic service and amazing food (their take on the cuban sandwich is a unexpected win- I live in FL). (Parking is a little weird- be aware of duel parking garage entrances right next to each other for different businesses)

I booked a king suite with a terrace view. We noticed when we walked in that the fridge wasn’t working. The tub was either dirty or badly stained (probably something that could be fixed with drill attachments and Ajax), there also appeared to be glass on the table seat, and it looked like no one had cleaned under the glass table tops in months, the locking bar for the slider appeared to be broken. I went down to the front desk and explained what I saw, the manager (I can’t remember her name) was accommodating and switched us to a different king suit. When we got to the suit this had a jetted bathtub. Upon checking, the fridge again seemed not to work, the tub had holes and cracks and rust in the tub and the tub would not drain at all. The jets were so dirty. I went and explained to the manager that this was gross and definitely not worth over $900. She then put us in a double queen regular room. I was disappointed but it was better than nothing. We got to the new room left our stuff and headed out to eat dinner. By the time we came back it was about 7pm. Due to how thin the walls were, I got no sleep as I was able to hear a neighboring room all night. The rooms are outdated, there is rust on the hinges, and if you’re short like I am it’s hard to wash your hands in the bathroom sink. I would not stay at this hotel again, which sucks because I’ve heard nothing but amazing things from people and our experience was not good at all. I would have gotten a lot more out of a lesser hotel. Also when we checked out the pool and hot tub I was not impressed, you have to walk through the gym to get to the pool. The hot tub had no handles to assist getting in or out, you were supposed to sit on the edge and swing your legs to get in. That could be dangerous.
