Spacious and Great Value. We enjoyed spreading out in a 2 bedroom apartment for a couple of nights, while doing a 1 day Halong Bay day tour. The washing machine/dryer meant we could catch up on our washing. Also right next door to a big supermarket. Breakfast was not included in our rate and we paid extra for it, and were disappointed. Some of it was cold and not to our liking. I think it is set up more for business travellers and we did not go for breakfast until after 9am. Also probably more set up for Japanese and Korean business travellers' tastes, which was not ours, so I'll still give 5 stars to be fair. The next day we ate breakfast we'd purchased from the supermarket, which is what I'd recommend.

Spacious and great value. We really enjoyed a couple of nights stay in a 3-bedroom apartment that allowed us to be together in one place. My particular unit has 1 master bedroom with its own bathroom with a bath tub. There are two smaller bedrooms and a common bathroom with a standing shower. The quality of this place is equivalent to a 5-star hotel in the USA. it is an extended stay hotel type. There are short term guests as well as long term (6+ months) guests. There are washer and dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. available in the rooms. WiFi is truly high speed. The view of the city is great. The pillows and beds are really comfortable. The shampoo and body gels are organic. The staffs really go out of their way to assist you, such as holding an umbrella and escorting you to a nearby market/store to help you buy stuffs instead of just giving you directions!!! You won’t see that in the US. My only suggestion to the hotel is to stock the room with more detergent instead of just enough for 1 load. My only other complaint, but not of hotel’s fault but rather of the city’s infrastructure, is the strong sewage smell just outside the door of the hotel.

Great front office service... going the extra mile to make sure my shuttle service ride to Hanoi is well communicated with the bus captain. Although apartment is old but well maintain except drainage system might need some work done as can be rather disturbing due to the sound it makes

Highly recommend! It’s very nice hotel to stay. It has a washer & dryer in the room, beautiful view, very clean and spacious. The staff is very kind, thoughtful and helpful. I definitely would return to this hotel. They surprised me with a birthday cake! 😄

An excellent hotel with great service from the staff. The staff provided a birthday cake for one of our friends and helped to hang the clothes that weee washed. Wonderful team.
