This is apartment hotel, you will get almost 1bed, hall, kitchen, dining area. Room are spacious. You will get complimentary breakfast and it's good. We stayed here almost a month, we got very good service, staff are friendly and always ready for help. Cia is one of them who always ready to help.

I booked the one bedroom unit but it was upgraded to the 2 bedrooms unit. The unit is very spacious and it has 2 bathrooms and 2 bathtubs. The service from the staffs are all great and professional. The unit is equipped with fully kitchen set. You can cook here conveniently :). The room has washing machine, too. The bed is comfortable. Location is great as it's just few minutes walk to Lotte Shopping avenue mall. Thanks again Somerset Grand Citra for the free Upgrade and the hospitality :) I'de definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very excellent location, walking distance to the mall and dining areas. I loved all their friendly staff including staff at cafe/ restaurant Wildan, Guntur and Taufik.. not only serving the delicious food but also sharing some ideas on where to visit in Indonesia ❤️ To the guest service Manager Pak Dean, thank you for your kind help to rearrange my unit to suit my daughter preference and also additional request to accomodate my family from KL!! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality ❤️🤍🇮🇩
