I've booked 4 rooms nearly 2 months ago, because elders and young kids so i need same floor, but i was informed all different level. Ends up adjusted 3 rooms on same level. Tq for the effort, in future try to arrange same booking on same floor. But still the room is neat but dusty, showerhead and lights faulty, mirror cracked, toilet dustbin rusty, carpet old and looks dirty, toilet door faulty, facing old residence left and front. Aircon in perfect condition and cold thats all.

Service is definitely not up to international standards. Complex is dirty and smelly. Neighborhood is loud from construction. Elevator is so slow for some reason even though there's 4 of them. Jacuzzi/spa not operational. The hardware inside the apartment is above average for sure, but the experience definitely does not meet expectations for an international brand and price paid.

This hotel is overall poor in service quality and accommodation quality. The staffs DO NOT speak english, and extremely SLOW and UNHELPFUL. It took me more than 20-30 minutes to check in, and another 20 minutes to check out. The staffs ( 2 girls at reception in saturday afternoon 27.07.2019 were also not willing to help me to fix my sim card). They are very ignorant and careless, and importantly, their english are extremely poor, they barely speak a word of english. Highly not recommend this hotel to foreigners in SZ. Please to other 5 star hotels. Such a disappointment.
