This is advertised as a 4 star hotel when it really was just an upgraded residency. It has very basic lobby and amenities. At best...it looks and feels like a 2 to 3 star hotel. The bathroom was leaking ... maintenance failed to identify the leak to fix. The hot water was not sufficient for a comfortable shower. The rooms and kitchens were clean though and comfortable enough.

Very homely accommodation. 4 lifts and 33 floors. Breakfast included, shower well maintained, inclusive of refrigerator, washing & drying machine, kitchen with enough utensils, TV, sound bar, comfortable sofa, although they locked the balcony door for safety reason, it was overall a very nice place. There's a mini mart beside it, a Starbucks coffee machine on the reception floor, a great view, and breakfast is included. Very close by to Legoland, just have to walk through Medini Mall, which itself has it's charm and attractions. Very satisfying stay at the hotel. Will recommend to travellers looking to enjoy Legoland fun 😊 *Side note: 30 mins drive to Johor Premium Outlet

Stayed here for 2 nights with 2 kids. Service was great, room was great. Size was just perfect and enough. Requested a baby crib and was lucky to get it. Bed was comfy. The location was the best as it was just in front of Legoland which we came for. Food in the area was a bit scarce and not much choices. But can use a GRAB to get stuff. The mall of medini right in front was pretty useless. Not really a mall. All in all super location, good hotel for short stay.

I stayed here with my family to visit Legoland, the distance is very close and the price is reasonable. Their hotel is spacious, clean and strategic, easy to find food and go to Legoland, very worth it. what was most impressive was the service, I left my allergy soap in the room after checking out and only realized it when I arrived in Kuala Lumpur, so I called their hotel and asked them to send it to the bus station that goes to Kuala Lumpur, the staff named Mr. Ifwat, he and his colleagues helped me take care of all these things and so that I finally got the item in Kuala Lumpur, I am very grateful for their help. I thank you once again, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to travel to Legoland. I really appreciate what Mr. Ihwat did it for me, maybe for other people it's trivial but it's very important for me because I can't get allergy soap in Malaysia, whereas I still have to travel there for a few more days. So anyway I have to be able to get it and Mr Ifwat really helped me with his sincerity and his fast and efficient work, the hotel is very lucky to have staff with such good work dedication 🙏🏻
