Not a good location to explore the city but the building is new and nice. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. Room is comfortable BUT the drain in the bathroom is a real nightmare!! I don’t think it works. After i took a shower, water is everywhere!!! Even though I checked to make sure nothing stuck there. Breakfast does not have many options, 7:30-8:00 but there is only 2 or 3 pieces of fruit on the tray and no one wants to fill up. The only thing i do enjoy is the view from 29th floor while having breakfast.

Located at the edge of BKK 3 area - next to the magnificent Ministry of Interior. It’s not the best point if you want to discover the streets by foot. But the room accommodations were the best you can have at this price level : quiet and clean room with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, big tv + sound bar, gym and rooftop pool with gorgeous view. Really worth the money! I didn’t try the breakfast though. Small cons : TV without Netflix, hot water runs out quickly.

Very nice. I reccomend. I remove 1 star as too many small details i not like: -Sauna not have a bench or chear for relax after sauna. -Breakfast is nice but not many choose. -I have no plastic bag in the room for trash, just the bin naked.. (after 2 days still not have any plastic bag for trash). -water is not in bottle... if i want cold water i have to buy... nice idea the dispenser but you should give also a bottle to fill for your customer not like warm water.

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences ever! And I am travelling since over 30 years. By far the worst breakfast I have ever seen. There was one toast left, which is also the only bread they have, and kitchen said they have no more. What??? Also there was only Jam or egg to put on the toast. When I arrived I was sent to the wrong floor, because they only speak little english. When you ask something they just say yes. Absolutely poor for a hotel is also to not sell anything to drink or eat. No Bar, no Restaurant. Absolutely sad, especially when you like to hang at the pool for a while. Also I had to call for help when I wanted to go to sleep, because the kitchen light was on and none of the "17" light switches worked. It was hidden in the cupboard. Why??? I could actually go on with more things....Only nice thing generally is the furniture, which is why I gave one star. Made me really angry, that with all the choice there is in Phnom Penh, I have chosen this one.
