Sonder Cirrus

We lived the self service concept of this hotel and that everything we needed was in the lobby whenever we needed it. They provided plenty of extra towels and bedding in the room so we wouldn’t ever have to ask for it. They also provide full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room was very spacious and clean and modern. The bathroom was big and beautiful. As we stayed for a week, we’d like a place to put our clothes but had to keep them in our suitcases. There also wasn’t a safe. I like a safe for my extra money and passports. The lighting was a little dim in the room. The guy at the front desk with the Hawaiian shirts and light brown shirt and glasses was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with some noisy neighbours as you can have in a hotel and they rectified it for us. All communication can be through the app which is easy and convenient if you like that. You get a big garbage can in the room. Not one of those tiny little ones. This is a no frills hotel but we loved it and would come back. I think a broom in the room would be a great addition since there is no housekeeping unless you ask. There are lots of restaurants nearby and gift shops and a couple of mini putt places. We Uber’s everywhere else and it was close to everything we wanted to do.

I was more than satisfied. Very efficient process (if you know Sonder and have the app), I liked it. The room was large and clean, with everything you need: coffee, fridge, hairdryer, etc. Yes, the room has little light, that could be improved. Otherwise everything is as described. Excellent for visiting Disney's, you can be there in 10 minutes by car. It is excellent that the costs at Sonder are very transparent.
