AVOID THIS HOTEL. Extremely high price while extremely small rooms, careless staff, and overall low quality everything. I utilized this hotel for my wedding and blocked off 15 rooms. I was quoted approx $184/night, but they lied and charged my family and friends $330+ per night. Many family members couldn't afford this and had to find other accomodations. Rooms were VERY SMALL! For $330+/night you'd expect a suite, not a bed with barely any walking rooms. All 3 rooms I visited were this size. Sad and a rip off. No free/continental breakfast AND they charge for coffee! What a joke. They want to pass off as this posh place, but the quality is that of a Motel 6, not exaggerating! Pool was not heated, understaffed waiters/bartenders, front desk made rude comments to my parents. Location and views were the only halfway decent thing. Honestly, I passed the hotel my first visit because it's so much smaller than the pictures online and sort of looks like a small business, not a "grand hotel". What a joke... Spend your money elsewhere. You're better off in a Best Western, at least they'll give you coffee and breakfast.

On our last night in Austin I got food poisoning, which forced us to extend our stay 2 extra days because I couldn't travel and the staff here was the most accommodating I've ever encountered. Jon the manager at the front desk has been phenomenal the entire trip, including giving us the same room for lower rates for the additional 2 days as I really couldn't leave. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable, located in one of the biggest shopping mall outlets I've ever seen but tucked away into the back corner by itself. It's about 25 minutes from the center of Austin, and the road you take is tons of fun to drive as it's 60mph with long sweeping curves the entire time. Next visit to Austin well be coming here again without question. Thank you again for all of your hospitality

What a wonderful place to stay when visiting this part of Austin! Manager John made sure I had a perfect room, as I needed quiet in order to write. Liked it so much I stayed a few extra days. Conveniently placed right next to the mall for easy shopping, and walking trails. Loved it!

We went to visit Austin for my sons birthday. We went to the hotel to take a nap before we went to do the things we had planned. When we woke up, we had bed bugs crawling on us. We lifted up the pillow case and sheets and found an infestation. I immediately called the office. The woman didn’t know what to do. Eventually someone came. They taped up the mattress and said they would give us another room. It was long and drawn out but we did not feel comfortable staying there anymore. The head manager called to apologize and said we would be helped with getting our things washed and the inconvenience. Someone from their corporate office reached out but has not responded back to me. I’ve left countless voice mails and still nothing. I’m okay with that but please be aware of where you lay your head down at! It’s so disgusting and these people won’t do much to help. We did notify the people in the next room in case they had an issue as well. Hope this helps someone! Always check the bed!

This is a very overpriced hotel that only goal is to over charge for your stay. The rooms are super small for the price they are asking. They promised special rates for the wedding party stay and we rented 3 rooms and no deal was given. Not even a breakfast. Stay away and save your money. This was a joke of a place. To everyone STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE unless you want to pay high end price for motel level accommodation. Hate giving poor reviews but this group has earned it.
