We had an amazing stay in Sorrento Bay Relais. Perfect location and welcoming staff. One of their facilities is a bio pool which was incredibly relaxing and organically clean. I would truly recommend booking this hotel for your stay in Sorrento!

Clean and large room, bathroom super clean and large too. Modern looking furniture, staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a good selection and was Al fresco in the terrace, lady that does the breakfast and also cleans the rooms is amazing and the owner is lovely too. Takes around 30 mins to walk to the centre of Sorrento, there are restaurants in the area of the stay. Overall great stay, would highly recommend!

Very friendly host made us very welcome, great accommodation in a great location. Perfect for visiting Sorrento, the beach or other areas along the beautiful Amalfi Coast. (The local beach is also much better than the crowded ones in Sorrento.)

We didn't have any major problems. The location is within walking distance of sant agnello. When you walk to Corsa Italia street, you can take the bus from the corner to Sorrento. Cleanliness is not good enough. Floors, bathroom etc. It is left dusty. One day, dirty towels were even left in the room. When I told them, they said they were not at the facility and could change it tomorrow. When I insisted, an officer came and brought clean towels. There is no one on duty at the facility after 18:00. This makes it impossible to manage if there was an emergency. There are no sheets, forks or even knives on the breakfast tables. Also, the tables are covered in dust. The cleaning is not good enough here either. The only good thing is the friendly lady who prepares the coffee :) Also, there are only sweet products for breakfast. This may suit the Italian palate, but it is not suitable for guests of different nationalities. For example, add a boiled egg, cheese, etc. to the menu. can be added.
