This hotel is a joke... the picture are not a true comparison to the hotel at all. Rooms are old and very very tired. Windows don't work properly sounds like an aircraft is outside your room. Breakfast is rubbish with the worst coffee machine I have seen in the world. Have to purchase water from a vending machine. Honestly felt robbed when we had to pay nearly £1000 for 2 rooms for 3 days

This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, nothing good about it what do ever. On our first night we arrived extremely dehydrated but they refused to give us water cause we had no cash on us. At times, no staff spoke English. The rooms were absolutely filthy. Unexplained marks, staining, what seemed to be mold in the shower. The beds were a joke, neither myself or my partner had a good night sleep in the five nights we were there. The breakfast was not at all alike what i had seen online. Just some white bread and stale cakes. No fruits whatsoever No reason whatsoever to stay here.

Personally I was not a big fan of this hotel, I have never been to a 3 star hotel where the AC does not work properly, the room was so hot in October what can I say about it, location wise as well the hotel is not at a great place, pretty far from Rome center. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the staff, all the staff were very very helpful and friendly, especially Claudia (The blonde lady at front desk) She helped me with transport to any location I was asking her.

I try to communicate with the Hotels staff via WhatsApp Since March and then again April but nobody answered. And from all the bad reviews I can understand why. After visiting the Hotel: Helpful and friendly staff The Room is just ok and clean But it has broken staff very old furniture and bathroom that has a huge window that actually has a small bathroom curtain to block the view from the window!

This hotel doesn't even deserve a star (or maybe just for the lovely breakfast ladies! ) shame to offer your dump as hotels! We stayed 2 nights and they offered us 3 rooms 😨! In each of the rooms, there was a problem with the 1st room towel getting wet, shower gel when we had just arrived so there was no time to use the dirty toilets! 2nd room, we come back from our visit room not done, wet towel Horrible air conditioning, ant everywhere in the room light that does not work in bed, shower curtain with mold in short, he changes our room, I will see it before to get my stuff, room with stains on the bed bedding no clean hair on the floor in short, I've never seen a hotel like that in all my life! The staff was responsive, but unfortunately, everything must be reviewed in this hotel, the places are not suitable for receiving customers! It is unsanitary and really not safe especially if you have children! No access for people with reduced mobility! The elevators are dangerous, even buttons are missing. The walls are dirty really which says the hotel is good, I wonder which hotel they visited, but this one is a DISASTER! The staff makes a gesture to us by not paying the taxes, but these are the nights that should be refunded! Again a huge thank you to the ladies of the restaurant who made us smile during this horrible stay in your hotel!
