A huge thanks to ANNA, the reception staff! I was staying at the Sound Garden Hotel for the night before my early morning flight, and Anna's kind offering of breakfast box to make my stay so much better despite not being able to experience their lovely breakfast buffet. Right off the bat, the hotel has a lovely entrance, and because I was there around the Christmas time, the hotel was hosting a Christmas party to add more joy. When I arrived, I was a bit confused as the reception was quite smaller and different than the traditional setting. Nonetheless, it was easy to spot, and I was welcomed by the lovely staffs. As I was checking-in, I realized I wasn't going to be able access the breakfast buffet as I had an early flight, and did not encounter that it was a morning of the weekend to miss the breakfast buffet hour. I was quite bummed as I typically pay for the hotel breakfasts and the Sound Garden Hotel seems have very nice catering. However, my disappointment quickly turned into joy as Anna kindly offered their breakfast box services for guests like me. The room was very clean and the wifi was great. Small yet such a beautiful room that anyone traveling for business or short stay would be perfect especially when traveling by flights as the airport is very close. Once again, thank you so much for such a great service, would love to come back again! :)

It is a decent hotel located very close to the airport. Unfortunately, it is not that close to anything else, really. The hotel is nice enough. I had a room with my girlfriend, and the photos online were a bit deceiving. The room was very small, as wide as the bed was long. Literally, my head was against one wall and my feet against the other while sleeping. The bathroom is strange also. There are glass walls, so anyone in the room can see you doing your business in the bathroom. Luckily I was with my girlfriend and it was okay for us. If I had been with a coworker 😅... the experience was definitely overpriced. Service was good, at least.

It's a great price value hotel. Rooms are sparkling clean. The control panel for lights, curtains, comfort light, and nightlight stuffs are super convenient. Shower and warm water are super, there can be more equipment and toiletries though (there is no shampoo). Internet is blazing fast. Been here twice for business trips and I still love it. The breakfast is quite rich and fresh. It's near the airport and travelling for work in that area is super easy, getting to the city center is also easy but can be slow in rush hours. The staffs are friendly and can speak English well. But can be a bit confusing about the surrounding location. Recommended.
