The hotel located in a strategic place. Al located in front of the best mall in Batam. The room is small, but it's okay. The air conditioner is really cold. The hot water is in the right degrees, it's not really hot like others. They provide slipper and also hanger for clothes. For this kind of rate, this hotel is really nice.

For the price we pay, definitely u can't compare with 4 stars or 5 stars hotel. This is worth staying for the price. Very gd location. U will need access card to go up to yr hotel (felt safe) Room even provide toothbrushes & towels. Very cheap n gd location overall

Great for business trip or solo travelers Perfect location, right in front of grand batam mall, surrounded by convenient store, food court, and classy pub. The room is quite small and without window I wouldn't recommend it for a family Service was great

I was staying in room 716 on July 8th 2023. When I checkout the front office staff asked me to change the sleeper that was set up in the room. He said all the rooms have set up with 2 set sleepers, and from my side I didn't see that sleepers during my stay. I called the security to check my bag before leaving and the front office staff refused my suggestion for checking, and from this part I know he's tricky and not honest with me. The room itself doesn't set up with body wash and shampoo. To be honest I'm not happy with the service of the front office staff.

I have a serious complaint against this hotel! Why can the staff open my door when I didn't ask for house keeping? The point is that there is no apology! The second point is why other tenants can also use their room card to open the door of my room? If I am not in the room, others can open the door of my room. Who should I call if something is missing? There is really no way to accept that the staff and other tenants can open other people's doors without authorization! There is no security at all! I have been to this hotel so many times and this time is the most disappointing time for me! The customer service staff are also very rude and have no sense of responsibility. When I asked to see the manager, they sent me away very rudely!The service attitude is getting worse and worse!
