I made a reservation on Agoda and was able to cancel for free, so I made the reservation at this time, but the full amount was withdrawn before the free cancellation period. I have not received a refund even after a month of cancellation, and I am checking through Agoda, but I have not heard back from them even after 3 days. A little unreliable? I would like to request your early response. Normally, the refund will be refunded within 15 days after cancellation, so this rating is unavoidable. postscript. I received a full refund a month and a half after cancelling. I've given it a neutral rating for now.
