We decided to walk up the Spanish Steps instead of down when we could. We might have to walk down next time when we're here again! Lol 😆 It was not too bad because the view was so beautiful and we had to stop many times to take pictures on the way walking up. It makes it much easier to handle. The views in the middle of the steps and all the way to the top are definitely different. Make sure you have to walk at least one time in your life if you are here.

When I first heard of this, I was worried I'd be overwhelmed by the massive amounts of stair climbing this landmark would require. I'm happy to report this is a very accessible sight-seeing destination that's worth your while. The sights are beautiful, the Christmas decorations are eye-catching, the stairs are a short and easy climb. And the history of it really makes it worth seeing in-person.

The famous steps, many tourists were relieving their tired legs. I was told there is a fine for taking food on the steps, but I saw many people were eating even though police were next to them. 😵‍💫 So crowded but so beautiful steps.
