Point 1-5 : Review about facility Point 6 : Review about service/crews Point 7 : Review about location ————— (1) Door isn’t hotel standard and not soundproof. Kept hearing housekeeping crews chatting along the corridor, especially our room is near to their store room. (2) No full length mirror in room. (3) Light in toilet is dark and dimmed. (4) Room isn’t clean as we found rubbish under bed & refrigerator despite after room was make up daily. (5) Toilet door is spoilt and can’t open from outside (only can open from inside). (6) Request for 2 extra pillows due to the pillows in room are too flat. Receptionist declined & replied ‘we only allow 2 adults in the room’. She thought we attempt smuggling another pax into the room, which made us feel uncomfortable. (7) Some distance to BTS Chid Lom (15mins walking distance) / BTS Ratchathewi (10mins walking distance)

Saw good reviews about hotel for location and service. So we booked it for 2 nights. We arrived early in morning around 4 am as we didn't have idea that we will catch overnight bus from Krabi, not the next day flight. Staff was good in letting us keep luggage in storage but advised check in time is 2 pm. As it is my birthday today, I wanted a smooth day, so I asked staff if they have room availabile where we can early check in. She said they have room but we will need to pay for extra one night so technically our booking will be started from yesterday( a day in advance).we paid on counter in cash and she asked us to come for breakfast time and mention the room number. When we went for breakfast around 9:30, we felt offended/insulted in front of other guests and staff as room number is not on breakfast list for today and were taken to reception. we are told that we paid for early checkin , not for extra night. We told Receptionist to check with the recwptionist who registered us in the morning and we came back in room as i was litterly feeling offended there..What a beautiful beginning of my birthday. :(

I love the place, Room is very clean, and service is good. also it's very near at night market and 711 and malls. the only cons is there is no guard, so it's kinda scary that maybe outsider can easily go inside.

I am actually copying a comment I’ve read as I totally agree with it. … this budget hotel is really not bad, bed is super spacious toilet is clean everything about the room is above expectation. But, the down side is that there’s no sound proof, my 4 nights here are miserable, every night people who are staying here love to slam the damn door upon entering or exiting the room. (How hard is it to shut the door gently?) There’s a group of foreigners, every night with fail they will gather outside of the corridor laughing, chatting / unpacking Zero common sense!!! Is already midnight there are people trying to get some sleep!!! The hotel management need to step up with strict rule on how manage the noise in the hotel. We stayed in 7th floor for a week and in 8th (top floor) for few days. 8th was connecting to the next property which is like a hostel type and there is too much traffic on that floor, worst noise is there and not recommended to stay there. Otherwise staff is helpful, hotel is clean and overall very good.

We stayed for 10 nights, the room size was okay, the bathroom was okay as well. But the downside is that there is no soundproof. I would wake up at midnight cause of voices outside. You can hear everything from the corridor and even the elevator sound can be heard. They also throw their trash out in-front of the main door, which is very smelly. I really don’t recommend if you are light sleeper, if you are looking for a cheap hotel then this hotel can be an option.
