I stayed in some luxurious hotels in Paris by paying double or even triple than what I paid at this hotel, however this is my favourite in Paris. Not just its view and location, but it’s more about their staffs. Front desk staffs are amazing, same as restaurant staffs. They made my stay so enjoyable. Many options at breakfast and you can have it in-room. Nothing to complain about this hotel, it’s such a great value. I hope the reception know that guests love them ❤️

The hotel is nice but in my opinion you it needs a proper room service not only breakfast but also a small menu maybe up to 11.00 in the evening. at the shower there was no either a cloth or sponge to use while taking a shower or bath. personally i had to buy my own from a pharmacy. staff where good but Levi was very helpful and always ready to assist

My husband and I came to the hotel for the beautiful view of the Arc De Triumph for my birthday! We got the best corner room for the view and it was perfect. However, many of the lights in the room ceiling were not working or kept flickering on and off (they need to be replaced). I was also disappointed that for $800+AUD a night, that breakfast was not included. We had to pay breakfast cost on top of the already expensive room and it didn't include any hot food (eggs and hot meats cost extra as well). Other than that, it was beautiful and staff were very friendly.
