Hotel is in peacefull place with good sauna and swimming pool. Receptionist was friendly but sadly her English was so poor so that it was almost impossible to communicate. We have booked a room with dinner and breakfast included. When checking in we were given a note in which was written that dinner is before 9 pm but when we went to get a dinner at 20:28 they said that kitchen is already closed and there is nothing they can do. Although the breakfast was good. Another awful experience was my bed. There was a plank with nails in it under the bed which most likely fell off and as I was getting up I got my leg injured.

Terrible experience choosing this hotel. Everything is dirty, old and smelly. The dark hair receptionist thinks she’s the queen or something, sooo rude and disrespectful person. We bought two nice rooms as shown in the picture but we never get that. We changed two rooms but none of them was the same as they show! Do not believe in this photoshopped hundred years ago taken pictures! Everything is disgusting, smelly, dirty, staff rude, POOL area smells so bad, looks like they never change the water and it smells like prawns or pee.. same in the saunas area... eww. you need to renovate everything...

In my opinion this wellness and spa centre need some renovation. I have visited swimming pool, it is quite ok, the also have small size swimming pool for children. But changing room is very bad, and smells after dirty clothes.
