This building has the worst management that I have ever experienced. They use tenants and owners to take advantage of them at any time. Since the rooms are share and the management is the one who rents the house, they give this permission to set rules for your own house! When you don't lock your own house, they even charge you 10rm! Which is not their business. They also charge you for losing the 150rm access card, which is much more expensive than other condos. And they ruined the developers minimal design for selling their product to the owner that is very useless.

as students who are renting here, the amount and level of noises are crazy and extreme. From morning until night, there are annoying and irritating noises from speeding sports cars, modified motorbikes, heavy machines, lorries who travel through the direct access roads. This is NOT a residential area! It is an industrial area with many car workshops ( vrooming sports cars noises ), modified bikes workshops, factories and warehouses. There are heavy trucks coming in almost 24 hours. There is no peacefulness. Anybody who wants to stay here better think thousand times!

The environment here is ok but must choose the right agent lol. One of the staffs from management is rude, acts like a understanding person but after successfully rent out the room, wow another attitude appears. Not surprised that there are some bad reviews mentioned management.
