Upon reading some previous comments, I must say I was a little hesitant to book this accommodation. However, we found it to be very good value for money, spacious, clean, close to St. Andrews hospital and the city. If we need to go back for medical appointments, we will have no hesitation in returning.

Good service, good location close to city. Room was pretty good. A little mould in shower but other than that perfect!

Disgustingly tired and filthy. The kitchen was dirty and the kettle was foul. Wasn't game to use it. None of the remotes worked, so cpuldnt use the TV or aircon in main area.. The carpet was stained. The bathroom would make your stomach churn. The bath was dirty and surrounding tiles and grout mouldy. The towels were dirty. The mattress on the bed was horribly bouncy to the point that if one person moved, the other was thrown around. The aircon in the bedroom was really noisy and sounded like it had marbles rolling around inside. Just Gross. We won't be back

Filthy filthy filthy, this is the most dirtiest place i have ever stayed before. It smelt like fly spray, there was coffee stains on the table from the person before us, broken fire alarm, the fridge had black spots inside of it, every wall was stained and i didn't want to sit or step on anything because it felt so germy. Please everyone stay away and don't support business's that don't provide even a shread of care for their customers!! You deserve no stars!!!

We stayed here while my husband was in hospital for 10 days. We were booked in till the 8th June. We left early as I didn't want to stay any longer. We arrived to our room which was very dirty. Found mugs and dishes that had not been cleaned. I ended up washing everything. Mould in bathroom not healthy. Also found something splatted on the wall behind bedroom door. Not sure what that was. All furniture was covered in dust, floor badly clean. Do not stay here.
