Terrible stay. Left a night early. Fire alarm was going off when we arrived. Should have listened to that omen... Old, very outdated rooms. Furniture with holes in the top lamination and swollen fiberboard from moisture. I could have overlooked all that but the beds were awful, stiff mattress, awkward pillows. This was followed up with quite possibly the worst shower experience I have ever had. There was ZERO water pressure and it was freezing cold in the bathroom. The pressure was so bad that when i spit my toothpaste out (I brush in the shower) the toothpaste was still sitting in the center of the tub because the water wasn't strong enough to wash it down. My coworker stayed in the next room over and had an equally terrible night of crazy loud street noise, drag racing, and an equally terrible stiff bed. We checked out a day early and went to a different hotel. Fortunately, there's a ton of options in the area for the same price that are much nicer. Forgot to mention the bed bugs! My coworker had bites all over his neck and legs the next day and we didn't realize what it was until we read other recent reviews mentioning bed bugs. The staff was very friendly though! For the money, this place needs some serious updating.

We traveled as a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children, and had booked a suite with 2 queens and one sofa bed. There were only 4 towels in the bathroom so we asked for 2 more towels when we got to the room. The front desk said they would bring them to our room. We never got any towels. The sofa bed did not come with bedding. When we asked for bedding, we received 2 thin fleece blankets and 2 sheets - no fitted sheet, no comforters, no pillows. Please don't advertise that the room sleeps 6 if you are not actually able to provide this. The pool was a nice temperature but the pool room was cold. The gym had minimal equipment. Breakfast was pretty good, with a few hot and cold options - waffles, omelets, oatmeal, cereal, bread, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. Better coffee than most hotels we have stayed at. Adequate seating, which was nice. Parking was easy, but it should be for the extra fee. We really liked being able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and not have to worry about driving through busy streets and parking. The hotel is right next to a big road and you can hear cars all through the night, but not too loudly.

Spend a day in Atlanta and needed somewhere to rest and take a nap. Very spacious, clean and Keith at the front desk was super nice. Definitely will come back here next time I visit Atlanta.

Disappointed had my granddaughter on her first trip pick this location because of the heated pool. There is no heated pool. The room where the pool was located was not even heated. I was told because it was cold outside that is why the pool temperature cold. Àdvertising on the site for the pool just say Heated. Traffic also is an issue in the area on weekends. You will be stuck due to the mall which is located across from the hotel.

Keith is an AMAZING front desk manager! . He memorizes incoming guest requests. He commits to memory guest requests in a high room change over environment. I checked in after midnight and he heard my name, recited my email requests with billing, room type, and parking pass info. When my multiple reservations caused confusion for the intermediate front desk manager, Keith stepped up and helped move belongings to accommodate my requests. Marriott give Keith a raise. He is exceptional!
