My friend and I were pleased with this hotel. Yes, rooms are rather small storage wise, for two women with huge suitcases packed with too many clothes & shoes. If you are creative with hanging & storing you can make it work. Bring a few of your own over the door hooks. You don't stay in your room much anyways. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had something for everyone. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. However, Dawn the Manager was exceptional, she went above and beyond! I also noticed how nice and respectful she treated the staff that report to her in the hotel in all areas (front desk, cleaning and food). Location was close enough to walk to time square & other popular sites, if you are fine with about a 30 minute walk. Which is fun in NYC anyways. I would stay again :).

Update : Checked my card statement and saw that the hotel refunded me half of the cost. Much appreciation for making me a one time exception as ticket was non refundable. I do appreciate the follow up. Booked $400 1-night no refundable ticket for a business trip. I notified the hotel 8-days of my plan changed and for any possibility of an all or partial refund. Staff reiterated the non refundable but that she will speak with management and to expect a callback the next day. No call. Followed up the following day and was told reservations was cancelled and non refundable. Asked why they would cancelled without consulting me first of my options if denied for an exception then inquire if wanting to modify the dates. Was told staff was doing a kind and nice thing to go out of their way to help but again it was nonrefundable. Supervisor said it’ll get denied regardless cause it’s non refundable so I asked so why say to the extend that it’s a possibility and she stated that’s just what we do. She advised leaving a voicemail for the manager and voicemail was full. Voicemail stated manager was out of office and voicemail is not being checked regularly. If you are booking and plans change or cancels good luck if you are booked with this hotel. Also, when I booked the non refundable was the only price offered. So, if your plans often change or cancel, please book refundable if available but recommend booking elsewhere.

Amazing hotel with good quality breakfast, Smart TV with all the streaming Apps you need and pretty good location. Not too far and not too close to Times Square. The Staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Particularly Frank helped us a lot. Will definitely come back here again!
