Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and the pools were nice. From there, everything got a little disappointing (especially for a Marriott property). Several of the mini golf pads were in desperate need of repair and a slip & fall hazard. There was also a playground on premises, that was locked up and kind of in pieces. In my opinion, that either needs to be fixed or removed. Our kids were so excited to play on it when they saw it, only to be disappointed when they got up close and saw that it was locked and not working. Lastly, the #1 reason I chose this hotel was because of the big slide. It was supposedly to open at 10am per the hotel schedule that was given to us at check in but it didn’t open until 11. After waiting an extra hour for it to open, our two 6 year old kids were then told by the operator that they weren’t allowed to ride it because they didn’t meet the height requirement. I am all about safety, BUT I have been to at least 6 other hotels, with very similar slides, including Fort Wilderness just last weekend, and have never had this kind of issue. Since the kids couldn’t go on that slide, we went to the other pool where they had two smaller sides, one of which was not in working order.

One of the best Marriott stays in my experience. The service is great at this location. Good selection of breakfast and I loved the daily bed service. So happy to see the bed made after a long day in Orlando.

Room was clean. The bathroom was very large and lighting was great. Bedd were only double, we had 3 people but granddaughter slept on sofa bed and was fine. Had frig, microwave, and TV in sitting area. There was TV by beds as well, so she could watch her shows, we could watch something else. Breakfast was great and well manager! The amenities were great, 3 pool, jumping bungee area, BB, movie screen, tikiti bar with food that was hot and good. It was cool, they had fine pits and heater running. Would stay there again, no questions asked. It was also easy access to mail roads.

The place is clean and accommodating! There are small, single serve coffee makers in the rooms. Recommendation for making a cup of coffee: put the water in the cup you're going to use first and then pour it into the coffee maker. This avoids spilling over the top of your cup. It doesn't stop half way to put a second cup under it. I ran it twice to get two cups from the same coffee pod. The only complaint I had was that there were two full-size beds instead of a larger (like a queen) so that my husband and I could sleep comfortably together. We ended up sleeping in our own beds for two of three nights. We had fresh supplies each day when we returned to our room in the evenings. There is a small fridge and a microwave. Overall it was a nice stay.
