On my first trip to Hakone, I saw this place on the web and it was a stylish place where I could take my dog, so I decided to use it. The location was a little hard to find and the room was a little disappointing, but I enjoyed using it. However, after I got home, I received many phone calls from the male staff, and even though I used the service properly, for some reason I received negative complaints, which made me feel really bad even though I had an enjoyable trip. . I will never go there again. If you are considering staying here, I think it would be better to read the reviews before using.
