We stayed here for 1 day and place was so clean and nice and the care taker Mallika was super her customer service was great. Just 2 minute walk to the Lake,

Here, I had the worst experience. If i can give 0 stars thats what i would give them. As you can see, the photos that Google and we were given were taken when they were building the location a few years ago. We made the reservation over the phone, but when we arrived, we realized the rooms were really dirty, as you can see in the pictures. However, the owners insisted that we pay for a whole night before leaving. We paid for a full night's stay for three rooms and left because we didn't want to deal with them, so we sought another place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. In order to avoid receiving outdated pictures from a few years ago, if you are intending to stay here, request a video call and verify the rooms in advance.

What a perfect place you can find very close to Gregory Lake. We booked whole bungalow for Rs 25,000. It has 5 rooms for 12 ppl comfortable. Care taking girl is well experienced and very kind and so happy to do all the help as soon as we ask. Rooms and clothing are really clean. Can have very good view of the lake. 100 m from lake probably. Food was very tasty. Parking is enough for 4 cars max. We had an issue with hot water, please focus on fixing it. Bathrooms are bit old style, still looks nice.
