The view of the acropolis is awesome. There is a confusing layout with different elevators going to different floors. One one goes to the roof out of the 3 elevators. Close roof deck early, if you are looking to see the acropolis at night. I wouldn't spend the money on this place again.

The location of this hotel is the only good thing about it. It has the worst service I've ever seen and I've been to many hotels. They never answer the phone, they don't clean under the bed and they lost my white shirt with the bedsheets. Their corridor always has cleaning products lying around. This is certainly not the five stars hotel it claims to be. I had a terrible experience.

I agree with the review before mine. Terrible service and this is NOT a five star or close. Gym is a joke(extremely small, no water or towels), breakfast buffet is minimal. Service there is brutal. The view is the only thing I can say is nice. This should be a $200/night hotel at most. Also rooms are not what are advertised as. I booked a city view with balcony and we got a balcony on the first floor looking at the backside of another building..Most people around us at breakfast also stated they would never stay again..I certainly will not and for the price tag I feel completely ripped off.
