My experience was amazing at this hotel. A clean room and bed is indeed an important factor for you to choose a place of rest and peace. Services provided by Mr. ST as the Operations Manager is really nice and friendly and amazing, adding value to your experience. Information on interesting hotel facilities such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, and beautiful gardens will surely make your stay more pleasant. Not only that, the beautiful surroundings of the hotel with many restaurants is a great addition. I really recommend this place as the best choice to relax and bring your beloved family.

Nonsense!!!! Terrible experience while check in under st nomad property ..guest paid for the whole unit but bonly can use 1 bedroom..than the host asking the guest clear the rubbish to refuse room..and most shame on this property the guest have to BEGGING for the refund deposit..it 3day already from checkout date ..very difficult to pick up my call..once they answer my call i give them time frame to transfer my refund but they FAIL untill i make it complain to booking .com customer service than immediately i got my refund..SHAME ON YOU.😡😡😡😡
