If staying in a hotel causes me unforeseen additional costs, that's a major dealbreaker. So, I checked into the hotel on Sunday at 3 p.m. I immediately informed the receptionist that their wifi was not working. They replied that they were sorry for the problem, but it was Sunday, and their IT support was not working. And that they will fix the issue as soon as possible. When I left on Wednesday around 10:00 a.m., the problem had not been resolved. Considering that the purpose of my trip was work, it is imperative to me that I have a high-quality Internet connection when I am in the hotel. That's why, as a foreigner in Germany, I had to buy an additional mobile internet service due to the hotel's negligence. The hotel had no further excuses for this deficiency nor any bonus for drinks, food or the like. For a hotel in a large German metropolis in 2023, that's lousy advertising. Even in Albania 6-7 years ago, I got a free SIM card for the Internet, which I could not use for a whole week. The hotel itself has the usual facilities. It is relatively close to public transport and the pedestrian zone towards the centre. In addition to a TV and a complimentary bottle of water, there are no additional facilities in the room. Although such room contents are announced on the booking page, it is already quite common for rooms of this level to have a small refrigerator and a kettle so that the visitor can prepare coffee or tea. There was not much noise in the room. The breakfast was relatively high quality. Following the hotel's environmental policy, I did not ask for room cleaning or additional towels during the entire stay.

Hotel located in very good place. Just few minutes and you are in main streets for shopping or walking. Rooms are clean. Breakfast the same every morning.
