First, if you go to the emergency during the weekend you will pay high fee. And then, if you had the insolence to be really sick and you actually went there after 5 pm after one month you will receive another bill asking you to pay even more, just because you dared go during the night. I guess that all of this would be just ok if it was only matter of money. But no, you wait 5 and more hours to receive mediocre diagnosis, after which you need to go again during the week to finally get to know your real diagnosis. Red Cross Hospital, that name is really deceitful, ね？😉

There is nothing better than having a medical worker who responds well, has a good attitude, and is a person of character, but it would be foolish to make that the most important thing. I would like to evaluate general hospitals based on how well they are able to provide support that other hospitals cannot provide when a patient suffers from a serious illness rather than an ordinary illness. I had acute cholecystitis, so I was admitted directly from the emergency department, treated, and then transferred to the general ward, where I am now recovering. When I had this attack, my family's hospital gave me painkillers and casually said they would consider a referral if there was no improvement. The pain became severe, so I gave up and called here directly, almost forcing myself to come to the emergency department. I explained the situation and was reluctant, but I did not refuse. Are you sure there is a shortage of staff? We had to wait in the hospital, and there were patients who were bleeding or fainting, so I felt that the priority of emergency patients changed rapidly depending on the situation. However, this is because they always take extraordinary measures depending on the level of life-threatening situation, and I was also kept waiting after the necessary treatment. During that time, the ultrasound, MRI, blood sampling, etc. were carried out smoothly, and an accurate diagnosis was made based on the test results. Ordinary hospitals would not be able to respond to the same problem within a few hours. Once you realize that we have a place, system, state-of-the-art equipment, and staff that can do this, you will understand why our hospital is so important and needed at any time. I think this is a hospital where you should have the utmost trust in its technology, knowledge, equipment, and medical staff in the event of an emergency, or if you feel that something is wrong or are concerned about your health.

My family and I have been using this facility for nearly 10 years, and we have no complaints about the teachers. However, I feel that the education of receptionists and lower-level nurses in each department is not generally well-trained. The experienced nurses above were wonderful, but On the other hand, the nurses who are overbearing, unkind, and inexperienced stand out. It's definitely different from other hospitals. From the perspective of sick patients, the care provided by nurses, who have more contact with them than doctors, is very important both physically and mentally. I was actually hospitalized, but I just felt like I wanted to escape and go home. The way the nurses treated me was more stressful than anything else. It was also unpopular with the attendants and visitors. The only nurse I felt attentive to was a girl who was an apprentice. I suspect that education is being neglected due to a shortage of nurses. Nurses should treat patients more kindly. I feel that the quality of nurses is lower than any other hospital. Also, others have written At this hospital, even if you make a reservation, you will most likely have to wait two hours, and the consultation process will be over in no time. At Nagoya City University, etc., I am always on time and have never had to wait. I think it would be better to take some measures.
