for a 1 star hotel, this is literally incredible. The location itself is prime. the services from the staffs are excellent. And the room itself is not that small. with a beautiful concept of bathroom. The only thing that can be improved is the parking lot

It is understood that it is a budget hotel, but switching off the lift every night at 10 PM to save power is over kill. I was on the top floor and had to take the stairs every night. There was no water in the dispenser and they too were not powered. Very average experience

Stayed one night with my daughter. Common areas were clean and well-maintained. Room and toilet adequate size for the price. Hot and cold water shower. Hot and cold water dispenser accessible on each floor (very convenient and considerate). Front desk staff and room boy were polite, friendly and efficient. Corridors well-lighted. Convenience store/small cafeteria inside. Short drive to IKEA and Sumarecon Mall Serpong. For Improvement: Pillowcases were either badly stained or dirty. Towels were gray. Fortunately, the room boy came and changed the pillowcases upon request. I suggest bleach and/or stain-removers on linens.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights , because I.have a short time job near this hotel Over all hotel is clean, room clean The minus is the pillow is not comfortable , and for the shower hot water only can use at limited time morning to 5 Pm, while i was back to hotel already night need warm shower to rilaxing my tired body.frienly staff. And what i am annoying is the traffic near the hotel is so crowded and really loud for 24 hrs, I almost can't sleep.. wish Hotel can add some soundproof on the window, it would be really helpful and for sure I.will back one day
