The location is great, you can take the bus in all directions, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. If you come by car, I recommend unloading here and parking the car near the Technical University (3 bus stops). It's free there. The equipment is fine, everything is there from the equipped kitchen to TV, hairdryer, etc. Unfortunately, the bathroom needs to be given a makeover and the bed needs a new mattress. But all in all it was clean and tidy and the landlord was nice and helpful. We spent lovely days here in Berlin

The location in Moabit is pretty good in terms of transport connections and infrastructure. The apartment we had was quite spartan, outdated and the kitchen utensils were sparse, broken and dirty. Laminated notices lying and hanging everywhere in the apartment were also unsightly.
