My husband and I stayed here during the first week in January 2024. It’s a very beautiful and luxurious hotel. Honestly I was so surprised how elegant the rooms were and super comfortable as well. The hotel is really great. The staff were pleasant and professional. The restaurant is delicious and very high class. There is free street parking and it’s in a great location to get around Warsaw. The spa is very small. Only one pool and one sauna but it was still very nice.

I cannot share a favourable opinion due to the lack of honesty of the offer. I booked with a clear promise of free cancellation, and therefore, I had to cancel or move my reservation to the next day. Unfortunately, the hotel gave me no option other than to pay extra as my cancellation request has been denied only after the time the cancellation is free. I have contacted the hotel, which has denied that the rooms are still advertised as offered with a free cancellation. I was offered to pay extra and move my reservation to the next day. I don't think this is any close to being honest.

The room was super comfy and clean, they even let us check in a bit earlier, we had just gotten out of a flight. Staff is very friendly but sometimes a little bit unhelpful (sort of a smile and wave situation), this may be due to language barrier as I spoke English. Nevertheless, nice hotel, good ambiance too, the restaurant at the hotel was also really nice, would recommend

I've just checked in and already abhor that place. 1. I had a late check in at 21:59 and googled that there is a site restaurant open till 23:00. It was very important for me as I was famished. I asked the receptionist to confirm if the kitchen was open for food as I want to order right now, and her reply was: yes, it's open until 22:30. Once I got to the restaurant, waitress told me in a pretty rude manner “only bar is open, no food”. 2. Kettle socket in my room was broken, so I had to find another one to turn on the kettle and make my tea. 3. There was a room service menu but NO information about operational time, and no one picked up the phone for clarifications. And the same with fitness facilities and pool. How could I know when it opened? 0 information was available in the room. I had to take an elevator to -1 floor to check that it's operational from 7 to 21. Thus, I did not really like the service here.
