AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Do not be fooled by the pictures that are shown, the 'apartment' with a hot tub that was booked is nothing like the bedsit you will find yourself walking into. This was booked for 2 nights with 2 small children, we were greeted by a strong smell of cannabis upon opening the front door. The rooms were dirty, sick stains all over the floors. The table and chairs in the kitchen were covered in dog hair. We left straight away, it was not in any condition to be slept in. disgraceful!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I don’t know how they are still allowed to have people going there it is a disgrace! I turned up with 4 children and husband to what I can only describe as a drug den it was a state from the outside but I went in leaving the kids in the car just incase. It got worse as I walked up the stairs the smell was vile, stains everywhere, pillow and bedding on the stairs, opened the door to a bed in bits and the mattress up against the wall. Dirt in the kettle, bedding looked like it had seen better days, the bedroom furniture was filthy and someone else’s coat was there, the bathroom was dirty, the small living room and kitchen cupboards were falling off. The skirting boards and walls questionable marks, the floor well the stains were everywhere and the smell again just couldn’t cope. The front door to get in doesn’t lock so it’s beyond unsafe. I walked out. Complained to have the phone put down on me, and still waiting on that call now nearly 12 hours after I was on the phone. I emailed the manager who said split up some stay in the filthy pit and another room which was just as filthy. If not get a refund. So today we got a refund. I had to let 4 kids down and drive home as didn’t have the money on me last night to book another there and then. Stay away, do not stay it needs taken off being advertised! Disgusting is not the word!!!I’ve added a pic of the bed, I videoed the rest and it won’t let me upload, shocking and just wow is all I can say about this place. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star

AVOID!!!. place is a tip, clearly hasn't been cleaned dog hair everywhere, stains everywhere, broken tv in room, boiler in room doesn't work so no heating. Stains everywhere, bedding is dirty, hairs in the bed. Food in the sink. By far the worse hotel I've ever stayed in.

This was my worst nightmare the place was scary and pure rubbish unsafe,the corridors has dirty stains in the carpets with nasty stink and the wall has stains and leaks on the roof,the door was broken the window handle was broken it is pure filthy place,the room was dirty not clean at all the bathroom was dirty place , please avoid this place it's a scam and also the customer service is also rubbish and rude not helpful at all. Please avoid this place. I had to book another hotel to keep my self and family safe and in a better environment. This place is a scam the photo's are not real... Do not waste your money here. I am so surprised how Blackpool council has allowed this place to be open. Pls avoid,I also mentioned this to Expedia about this rubbish scamming place

Dreadful is the best way to describe this place, we were meant to stay 2 nights last week, upon arrival we found out that it had not been cleaned, Beds not changed, dubious stains on the sheets presumably from the previous occupants who had also left there breakfast pots unwashed in the sink and the bin overflowing with rubbish. No toilet roll and used razors and toothbrushes all over the bathroom. They were kind enough to leave us 6 eggs and margarine in the fridge though. We contacted customer services to sort the cleaning out and they were next to useless, they passed a message on to the owner who did precisely nothing, even 3 hours later no one had appeared to clean the place. The pictures advertising this place were clearly done when it was first done, it now looks a bit tired and due a coat of paint. So I suggest you follow what we did and not stay here move onto somewhere else.
