me and my friends booked this apartment for 3 nights and there's no soap, shower gel, shampoo, iron only little amount of hand soap. and they dont inform us where the washing machine. the room for 2 single bed is really small

Everything you need is 10min walk. Took us 2 days to realise that washing machine and dryer are in the hallway. Othervise everything was perfect..

We had booked this apartment for December, however the country went into lockdown therefore some of us couldnt even find flights, after having them cancelled by the airlines. We had paid for 4 apartments, almost 2000euros. We booked it non refundable as we needed to attend an event. Country went into lockdown 2 weeks prior to arrival, so I called the place pretending to explore any possibility as the event was rescheduled too. But the owner turned to be selfish and apathetic. He believed we should have booked refundable (when there was no option and we were travelling with a purpose, so we needed accommodation) or have insurance (lucky you owner that can afford insurance!). I found this person too arrogant. He literally earned 2K from working class young individuals for doing nothing. Hoping he enjoyed our money. It is clear the ethos some have in life at the cost of others.
