Everyone is very friendly and respectful even when reception was booming with people needing some kind of assistance. Very clean throughout the hotel, cleaning of rooms done very organized and quickly for our convenience. We will definitely stay here again and recommend other to stay here. This is the best Stay Easy hotels I have stayed at countrywide. I do travel on business fairly often so I have stayed at other Stay Easy hotels (among others). The location right across from the Canal Walk shopping center is most convenient and one can literally walk just a few meters safely, from the hotel parking lot into the shopping center. The rooms are of a decent size for the price range, and the price includes breakfast. Definitely recommend for business or leisure travel to the Cape.

The bed was not made up properly. You could clearly see that the person who made the bed did not know how to do it correctly and what type of linen to use when. The thing that was the most upsetting was that there was no hot water to take a shower in. Not the night or the morning when we left. There were no beverages of any kind in the room .( not even bottled water ) We didn't expect the room to be so bad. I will say it straight out that management needs to attend to the details of the rooms more, Housekeeping is not up to standard.
