BEWARE!!! In house laundry and dryers as well as the option to use the laundry main in the complex(though it’s filthy).. It all depends on what floor you are in terms of noise. I love how they send you reminders when rent is due and you can pay online via anywhere in the world if you travel. I love my parking space so convenient. Great views. I would say if there needs to be any improvements i’d say upgrade their gym and sauna. A great sauna is only 5000$-9000$. Maintance is always thorough and come when requested. Nice manager and security at the door. Updated: since moving out of this place and seeing other apartments and getting a new place I can say this place is a total rip off, disgusting, and disaster of a place. I paid 3200$ a month for trauma. Had to get ptsd therapy after this building from dealing with shootings in lobby to someone jumping out of the 17th floor of this building and splattering across from my balcony. Dirty windows that couldn’t be washed since they didn’t open. Gross elevators….loud city outside (yet I was on the 14th floor) and the bare minimum when it came to amenities. When I left it was more like I fled. When I moved in a was doing great financially..I was making around 9k a month ..when I left I was so drained from living there I had lost everything due to the sucking energy of the place. I had to start over. Since moving out of the place in my current one I have re gained my power back and blame all my loss from this building. It’s cursed! I didn't believe in cursed buildings till I lived here and saw my life fall apart! Everyone that lived on my floor left and had to start over too! It wasn’t just me. There are the opposite aka blessed buildings however too like the Fontenoy where everyone who does decide to leave it’s because their life became so much better and they upgraded to a mansion or something. Most buildings are neutral and it’s up to the tenants to alter the energy but this place is on some other vortex that no matter how much work you do to fix the energy it stays hell.

This apartment complex has WAY TOO MANY issues to post, probably why they omit them lol. The elevators are 60% of the time down, the LAUNDRY ROOM should be labeled ALSO SAUNA, AND ROACH MOTEL. 50% OF THEM don't work but take your coins. And the smell of some of them... So much for "CLEANING YOUR CLOTHES" Theres no ventilation in the hallways of this HUGE complex, the apartments have no shelves in the ONLY CABINETS they offer. The walls are paper thin, (we are newly weds wink wink 😉) The "GYM" could be described as a knock off brand and the pool is getting worked on LIKE THAT is important... not the laundromat. The Security staff at the door IS AMAZING AND SUPER SWEET. I love them 💗 The rent is due on time but DON'T expect anything YOU NEED OR REQUIRE FIXED with the same result. Good luck.
