Nice rooms, and the beds were average. When we were there it was quite warm. There was an a/c unit in the room. Unfortunately it needed to be vented out the window meaning the window was open to the street noise. It was adequate enough to cool the one room and they were kind enough to provide a fan for the other portion of the room. It wasn’t our favourite but not the worst. A bonus was the proximity to a grocery store. It was a two minute walk to fresh pastries and produce.

Very uncomfortable bed, cheap mattresses and synthetic sheets and bedding, narrow bed, sofa in living room hard and uncomfortable.., nice Kitchen, nice mini garden, however we picked it because we wanted air conditioning - and they didn't provide it, instead they giving some fan in the bedroom, but definitely not a real air-conditioning, thank gd it wasn't a hot weekend but if you coming in summer don't relay on their "AC", IT JUST DOESN'T EXIST and the room felt moisture,another thing- the toilet has an automatic bathroom spray that sprayed every few minutes and its very strong smell that goes straight to the bedroom, it feels like you sleep in the bathroom with a strong air deodorant..,

Rooms were clean and pleasantly set up although they put a spray hard wired that is a little strong and no lift available so climbing stairs is a bit of a challenge if you have lots of luggage either than that it was a nice stay about 20 minutes away from most historical sites grocery very close by

Really nice apartments - spacious, modern and clean. Ktichen is equipped with most things you need. Tram station just outside takes you directly to the city center in a few minutes. There is also a supermarket just a few meters away. Our ground floor apartment did not have much of a view, only a window towards a wall. Very affordable with respect to location and general price level in Vienna.

Our stay was great from start to end, owners are really kind people who helped us with every request we had, interier was very nice in my opinion especially bathroom. Even location is great its as close to the tram station as you can imagine, grocery store is like 20m from the entrance and from the back side of the building you can find very nice park. Really recommend this place for your stay in Vienna.
