Clean and modern ship with balconies for every room. Even the bath had an amazing view! Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Robin (our butler who helped to swiftly sort out some confusion with our bill at the end), Jay (who was always cheery and energetic) and Tin (who was our guide on the Bright Cave boat trip). I highly recommend this tour. Also the first meal of a seafood lunch was excellent.

We had a magical time in Ha Long Bay with Stellar of the Seas. Our butler, Bac was so beyond helpful and answered all of our questions. The food was amazing and the boat was just beautiful. Highly recommend and will be coming back again!

We had a fantastic experience with Stellar of the Seas. This cruise in particular came highly recommended from a friend and we can definitely see why! The cruise ship is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and well set out. We were able to sleep very peacefully and we always had a picture perfect view out on our balcony. The pool, golf course, deck and dining spaces are in perfect spots to take in all the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay. The staff were fantastic and made the trip so fun. Special mention to Helen, our personal butler, and her team Alice and Tam for looking after us with such dedication. Cruise manager Jay was lots of fun and committed to making sure we had a perfect experience. Tin was a very knowledgeable tour guide. There is an array of activities available, with a particular focus on kayaking. There was a plethora of food and drinks on offer, and we were never hungry! I can’t recommend this cruise enough and would be happy to return in the future. If only they offered more than the 2 night stay!

This is a voluntary review and it not solicited. Kudos to Jay, Alice, and Bac for outstanding customer service throughout our trip. We did the one night cruise and could not fault the crew for anything. We stayed in the elite suite which was the cheapest room class but was good for us. Our room butler Alice was helpful, friendly and made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious for us too, especially the bbq buffet for dinner which featured fresh meat and seafood. Drinks were quite pricey but totally optional. One tip would be to BYO drinks as there's a fridge in the room.

Just finished our Halong Bay cruise on Stellar of the Seas. We had an amazing experience for our honeymoon. The food was lovely and the staff were so attentive and helpful. Tommy looked after us and was always there to help. Also thank you to Kevin, Alice and Cindy. We also had a tour to Cat Ba island with a visit to a village in electric cars, kayaking and swimming at the beach with Tin who had so many facts to tell and made sure we had a lovely time. James also gave us a list of places to recommend in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff! Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to go to Halong Bay!
