The hotel is stunning from the outside and the lobby area, the location was great too. We stayed in one of the ‘executive rooms’ which was a great size but the cleanliness needs a lot of work. The robes in the wardrobe were dirty, there was so much mould on the window and the plug socket was hanging off the wall. The reception staff helped with providing a timetable for the bus route when we asked but other than that we weren’t asked how the stay was and didn’t even get a thank you or goodbye when we left. Would stay again for the location but some things definitely need to be improved.

Spent a week here for a convention and had a lovely time. The staff were very attentive, professional and courteous. Room was spacious and the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Belfast.

Had afternoon tea here in Sunday. Food selection was great, something for everyone in our party of four.. ambiance was perfect, sitting at the big fire with low lights and comfy sofas.. Staff were excellent, attentive without being intrusive ... Much better quality food than other big hotels..

Great hotel, staff, and food. Went for the Sunday Carvery and one the best we have had in the UK! Lovely spread from starter to deserts, inclusive for those with dietary choices/needs. Super quality, food, and service alike. A guitar player, friendly and attentive staff, and lovely dining space made for a great atmosphere and experience. Would highly recommend it.
