My family and I have been staying at this location on and off since mid December and let me tell you the front desk staff Melissa, the gentleman that works in the evenings (sorry I forgot his name), and Ashley have been outstanding! We had a small hiccup on our first reservation, but it was fixed immediately the next morning by Ashley. Her great customer service and being very understanding of the issue was enough for me to keep coming back. Since then my family and I come down from Northern AZ for my conferences, and they still continue to provide amazing customer service and accommodates our needs the best they can. I will say a little recommendation would be to have the rooms cleaned a bit better; it wasn't a biggie for us because I brought my cleaning supplies because we planned our extended stay, and I'm a little picky about the bathroom. Also, yes at times there will be a small wait for clean linen or other toiletries, BUT THEY LET YOU KNOW WHEN THE ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE SO YOU CAN COME BACK OR EVEN ASK TO BRING IT TO YOUR ROOM. Again, they have OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! :) And the best thing about this location, they have a decent kitchen area with table and chairs. Besides my picky ways, this Studio 6 team was EXCELLENT, and made my overall stay a positive experience for my family and I!! And just want to give another shoutout to Ashley for always being so kind, courteous, and very helpful each time I needed assistance!! :D

Worst Motel I’ve ever stayed at. The only extended stay motel that does not provide dishes, silverware, paper towels or even shampoo. After three days I was finally given a plastic spoon and fork. At move in, the room had two packets of coffee. After that I was denied any additional coffee for my remaining 6 days. I had to walk a block away to get my morning coffee every day. I received no fresh towels or linens or even my garbage emptied for my entire 8 day stay. Not even a trash can in the kitchen. The water was turned off for a whole day with no hot water till the second day. Totally Terrible Stay!

When I tell you the price was outstanding. I went through my mind how I was going to make my payment and they told me what it would be and it was lower than expected. The rooms have lots of space and the kitchens are complete. Thank you to the staff and management

Stayed here a few times.. never had an issue however. My brother was with us this last time and he has a mental illness. And I guess while I was oytvhe had an argument with. The front desk about wanting a refund. Nothing. Was said all night. until check out with no issues. A with. The room. They informed. Us we were not getting. Our deposit. Back not could we stay. Over something. My brother probably. Couldn't. Help. But beware. Of you pay a cash. Deposit. You might. Not get it back. They don't clean. The rooms. While your gone. You barley. Get clean. Towels. The security latches are broken in some of the rooms.. keeping. Our deposit. Was unacceptable.
