I recently bought a unit in this building. Beautiful unit but so many problems with the unit and KAIZEN management is useless and not helpful at all. My cooling bill was more than 5000dhs per month and apparently management knew of the issue (broken actuators) but did not inform me until the cooling charges came through and even now, still not responsive. Apparently this issue is faced by many different units in the building and management is still not doing anything about it. This is really unacceptable and feels like a "scam" almost together with ZENNER.

Nice place close to everywhere almost everything was perfect. But before to take hand over the flat you need to check everything that working or no 😊 We found sink and toilet not working, balcony table was broken even they didn’t change it . So be careful

We lived there for 2 years, facilities were great, prime location with easy access to sheikh zayed (since the opening of the 52-42 exit).

The tower is definitely still newer and the it looks nicer inside and everything is more modern. Location is also pretty nice, very close to the Marina. Only downside is the traffic in the morning which is just terrible and unpredictable. Otherwise I can’t say anything bad. People at the reception are also very friendly and the other people living there were nice ☺️
