Very good budget hotel for fair money. Really nice atmosphere. The owner takes care of everything and is very nice and communicative. Fast internet. Entering the hotel all night long, there is no problem with them locking the gate. It's not a high standard, but for the money it's still 5 stars. I've been to much worse hotels in Kathmandu for much more money. I'm here for the second time, I've been living here for 2 weeks in total. And when I am in Kathmandu again, I will definitely come back. In my opinion, high recommendation!!!

Worst hospitality ever seen. I've never seen such unprofessional people in my life. Never heard of full payment and do not refund if you needed to cancel due to some emergencies.. They treat their customer so bad that you can't even imagine. Please if you guys are reading the reviews then don't visit this Sudha's garden home. Otherwise you'll gonna regret your decision...

One of the WORST hotels in the valley. There is no option to give 0 star but people should know their reality so I'm giving 1 to write this review. First the rooms are overpriced, you can get far better service on half that price in other hotels. Second they treat their customers poorly. Even use words like 'tw Ran*i", "tw V*lu" (Translates to 'You Bit*h', 'You Who*e" in english) if you complain. And they insist you to pay in full even if you did the reservation a few days earlier. And do not refund if you needed to cancel. The manager (I'd use the same word she used on my friends on her if that was allowed to post) is rude and will block your number in case of any dispute and you tried to call her.
